Inside the classroom, a student gets to know about new things, new ideas, and new concepts, while outside the classroom, a student explores and experiences. As Confucius famously quoted, “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.”

You will never feel that it’s only a classroom teaching at Imperial. You will witness seminars; guest lectures, industry visits and study tours are a regular affair.

Guest Lectures

Inviting guest speakers is an amazing way to learn about a specific topic for the students. At Imeprial, eminent personalities from industries and academics are invited to lend valuable information to the students and faculties. Students fondly call it as “Guru Mantra” sessions.

Student Presentations

At Imperial you will always be encouraged to speak before the students on a certain topic or topic of your choice. This way you certainly develop your communication skills and confidence.

Industry Visits

Classroom learning is not sufficient if it is not combined with the real life exposures. Imperialians have visited to industries like to ACC, OMFED, MCL, Pepsi, Jindal Steel, rice mills, solvent plants etc. to have insight knowledge on how these industries work and application of knowledge learnt during college time.

Educational tours play an important role in experiential learning. Imperialians have been to WIPRO, IIM Bangalore, IIT Kharagpur, Sri Sri University and Shantiniketan etc. and have been immensely benefited out of this.

Field Visits

Be it a digital payment campaigning, a voter awareness campaign or a Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, students have always been a part of it. Imperilians are always eager to learn something new by visiting election campaigns, visiting to schools with different pedagogy.
